How Can severe Knee Pain Along With Fatigue Be Treated?
I ve be feeling very fatigued, my knees hurt, I feel shortnessof breathe, exhausted most of the time. I m always out of breathe when I walk up stairs I feel as though I m going to pass out, just generally weak. I hav a large hiatal hernia and I have hypothyroidism. Could any of the two cause my symptoms.

I hope you have been feeling better. The symptoms can largely be due to hypothyroidism that you are suffering from. I hope you are taking medicines for this after consulting your physician.
Also, the hiatal hernia should be treated to prevent any other complications.
